Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is in pristine, unworn condition with no signs of use. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the piece is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Custom and Commissioned Pieces

All custom and commissioned pieces are final sale. Because each piece is designed and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

The sole exception is a workmanship issue, defined as a defect in construction or materials that is not the result of wear, accident, or improper care. Workmanship issues should be identified and reported within 3 months of delivery.

Complimentary Polishing and Repairs

All pieces, including custom work, are eligible for one year of complimentary polishing and minor repairs from the date of delivery. This reflects our commitment to the longevity and integrity of every piece we make.

Shipping to and from the studio for polishing or repair service is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured method.

Workmanship Warranty

If you believe your piece has a workmanship issue, please contact us within 3 months of delivery with a clear description and photos. We will assess the piece and, if the issue is confirmed, repair or replace it at no charge. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed once the piece has been received and the workmanship issue has been confirmed.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage.

Limitation of Liability

8th by MOC Designs is a sole proprietor studio. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the piece in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
